Unpacking Parallel Mediation Processes between Green HRM Practices and Sustainable Environmental Performance: Evidence from Uzbekistan

This study primarily focused on the behavioral modifications among employees while keeping contextual factors that enable them to strive for sustainable environmental performance in view. The aim of this research was uncover impact GHRM practices intrinsic motivation (IM), harmonious work passion (HWP), and (SEP) small medium enterprises Uzbekistan. Moreover, mainly investigated as potential mediators relationship between performance. Additionally, included green mindfulness a moderator association (i.e., passion). In total, 345 Uzbekistan from completed survey. deployed path-analytical approach by using Mplus 8.0. Our findings demonstrate are positively associated with IM, HWP, SEP. addition, confirms significantly mediates Consequently, also Furthermore, shows high level strengthens direct effect IM along indirect Indeed, investigating associations variables via moderated mediation mechanisms remarkably contributes extant literature.
